About Zavala-Bellevue Therapy Group, PLLC
In Washington State
At Zavala-Bellevue Therapy Group, PLLC, we are committed to providing a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment where clients can explore challenges, gain insight, and cultivate emotional wellness.
We understand that life experiences can affect emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Through a person-centered and evidence-based approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we partner with the client to foster healing, resilience, and growth.
Our therapeutic philosophy centers on the belief that every individual processes healing differently. Therapy is a collaborative process that empowers the client to better understand themselves, overcome barriers, and live more intentionally and authentically.
We specialize in supporting adults between the ages of 18 and 74 with mild to moderate mental health diagnoses and life challenges.
